2. Customer Purchase Agreement
Customer Purchase Agreement:
This Customer Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between ZOOM-IN.APP ("Seller") and the purchaser ("Buyer") as of the date of completed payment. By completing the payment, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Grant of Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller grants the Buyer full, non-exclusive rights to the purchased photos. These rights permit the Buyer to use the photos for personal or commercial purposes without exclusivity and without claim to ownership of the original(s).
2. Delivery of Photos
The Seller agrees to transfer the purchased photos to the Buyer via a web link or email provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery shall occur immediately following receipt of payment (allow 24 hours for email to arrive).
3. Concerns or Complaints
In the event of any concerns, complaints, or issues regarding the photos or this Agreement, the Buyer agrees to contact ZOOM-IN.APP directly for resolution prior to taking any other action.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. To request a refund, please contact legal@zoom-in.app for case by case consideration.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the Buyer’s use of the photos beyond the purchase price paid by the Buyer.
By completing payment, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Description of Services:
ZOOM-IN.app is a street photography studio based in Wilmington, NC, USA - empowering our sales team ("Photographers") with the ability to capture, upload, view, and share photos captured via ZOOM-IN.app.
Customers may purchase watermark-free images per our SERVICE PRICING or delete the photos. For privacy, all images are permanently deleted after 30 days of their capture. Our services may change over time, without prior notice.
Ownership of Content:
All photos taken with the ZOOM-IN.app are the property of ZOOM-IN.APP.
Photographers are paid 75% of the photo-sharing revenue generated by the photos of each respective Photographer.
Privacy and Consent:
By being present in public areas where ZOOM-IN.app operates, you consent to the possibility of being photographed. ZOOM-IN.app respects privacy rights, and any Customer may delete their gallery at any time. To manage your privacy, log into the ZOOM-IN.app network where a "Delete All Photos" (or similar) option will be available.
Privacy Policy:
ZOOM-IN.app is committed to protecting your privacy. Images are stored securely and deleted 30 days after their capture unless you choose to delete them sooner. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your personal information.
Employment Eligibility:
To become a Photographer for ZOOM-IN.app, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement with ZOOM-IN.APP. Photographers are paid a 75% commission on sales of photos.
Reporting Abuse:
To report Photographer abuse, use the ZOOM-IN.app issued QR code to log into the ZOOM-IN.app network, and then select "Report Abuse" (or similar) to report any and all unwanted or inappropriate behavior by a Photographer.
User Accounts:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities under your account. Notify ZOOM-IN.app immediately of unauthorized account use.
Customer Fees and Payments:
ZOOM-IN.app may charge fees for specific services, such as purchasing watermark-free images. Fees and payment terms will be disclosed prior to using these services. You agree to pay all fees incurred with your use of ZOOM-IN.app. [Link to SERVICE PRICING]
Prohibited Activities:
ZOOM-IN.app may not be used for illegal purposes, such as sharing copyrighted material without permission or uploading harmful content.
ZOOM-IN.app may not be used for sharing photos depictiting nudity.
ZOOM-IN.app may not be used for sharing photos of minors unoccompanied by at least one adult.
Any disruptive activity that affects ZOOM-IN.app’s operation or infringes on other users’ experience is prohibited.
Intellectual Property:
ZOOM-IN.app and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to ZOOM-IN.app, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use any intellectual property of ZOOM-IN.app without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
ZOOM-IN.app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties regarding the operation of ZOOM-IN.app or its content, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability:
